NOBLE has over 50 chapters and represents over 3,000 members worldwide that represent chief executive officers and command-level law enforcement officials from federal, state, county, municipal law enforcement agencies, and criminal justice practitioners. NOBLE serves more than 60,000 youth through its major program components which include: Mentoring, Education, Leadership Development, and Safety. NOBLE utilizes the expertise of its members to lead in the development of strategies to develop community partnerships to help reduce violence, delinquency, crime and help citizens improve the quality of life in their neighborhoods. NOBLE members have taken a leadership role to impact law enforcement policies and criminal justice procedures that ensure equity in the delivery of service to the public they serve. NOBLE is committed to instilling pride in the profession by fostering diversity at all levels of law enforcement leadership. NOBLE also strives to restore respect for law enforcement officials by reaffirming the ethics and integrity of the profession and addressing matters of misconduct within the law enforcement community.
